Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Set targets, implement improvement plans, and track results to drive continuous improvement.
Lead the team in problem‐solving initiatives and facilitate workshops for quality improvement.
Handle personnel issues, ensuring proper team management and fostering individual development.
Maintain compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and intervene to mitigate risks.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Associate's degree in engineering or Diploma with a specialization in Production.
1–3 years of production experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
Operational level of English.
