Your mission, roles and responsibilities

• Set targets, implement improvement plans, and track results to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead the team in problem‑solving initiatives and facilitate workshops for quality improvement.
• Handle personnel issues, ensuring proper team management and fostering individual development.
• Maintain compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and intervene to mitigate risks.

Your profile and competencies to succeed

• Associate's degree in engineering or Diploma with a specialization in Production.
• 1–3 years of production experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Operational level of English.
