Production Supervisor

Summary:

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the manufacturing department within an ISO 9001–certified environment. This individual will lead and develop a high-performing team while driving continuous improvement in manufacturing methods, processes, and performance metrics. The role requires close collaboration with Safety, Quality, Manufacturing & Test Engineering, Demand Planning, Procurement, Order Fulfillment, and other Manufacturing departments to ensure operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Lean Manufacturing and a proven ability to optimize efficiency, cost, and quality through disciplined process improvement and effective leadership.
