Production Supervisor

Kelly Services has partnered with a well-established manufacturing organization in Southeast Manitoba to recruit a Production Supervisor for a permanent, direct-hire opportunity.

This is a fully on-site, hands-on leadership role, ideal for a supervisor with experience leading a unionized production team . The successful candidate will report to the Plant Supervisor and will work the afternoon shift from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM .

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations while leading, coaching, and developing a young and motivated team. You will ensure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently met.
