Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day manufacturing operations: ensuring that productivity is achieved while adhering to quality requirements and customer specifications
• Determining/Allocating resources efficiently in the organization
• Engage the workforce in initiatives for continuous improvement
• Understanding and following/interpreting collective agreement, dealing with first-level grievances
• Maintaining customer focus on quality and delivery
• Maintaining core values, with a focus on H&S, in a 45001/14001 certified environment.
