Applicants should:
(i) possess a higher degree in education or a related discipline from a recognized university, preferably with a doctoral degree;
(ii) have a minimum of ten years of full-time professional experience in the education field and/or school development work;
(iii) exhibit strong leadership skills and professional insights to lead research and development projects, advancing the Centre's objectives;
(iv) demonstrate significant contributions to school improvement initiatives, encompassing designing, planning, and overseeing projects;
(v) possess comprehensive knowledge of local schooling systems; and
(vi) maintain a robust network with government bodies, potential funders, local and international educational organizations.
