The primary responsibilities of the Professional Standards Manager will include but are not limited to:

Acting as the leader of the newly created Learning & Development department

Perform and oversee the engagement quality reviews

Responsible for coordinating and completing firm CPAO obligations

Qualifications:

CPA designation

Experience working in public accounting

5+ years working experience - compliance and financial reporting
