Professor, Paramedic

This posting is in anticipation of current and future part‑time teaching opportunities this academic year. Reporting to the Associate Dean, Integrative Health and Wellness, the incumbent facilitates the delivery of the Paramedic program. The incumbent will incorporate a variety of teaching, learning and assessment strategies that are designed to meet the needs of learners.

Responsibilities

• Teaches the course using best practices and adult education principles
• Builds on developments syllabus and course material, based on the course outline and the existing teaching materials, which becomes part of the course teaching material used by future faculty
• Ensures that course curricula are current, relevant, and reflective of best practices within the relevant professional/program disciplines
