Scope and Summary of Primary Responsibilities

This funded position through the Canada Summer Jobs Program will afford a youth‑aged individual the opportunity to gain experience and learn practical skills associated with working in an organization that empowers people impacted by blindness to live their dreams and tear down barriers to inclusion.

• Assist in researching local community programs and events for participants to attend.
• Work with program staff to coordinate in‑person camps for CNIB children and youth participants.
• Build partnerships with other organizations to ensure programs are inclusive for blind and partially sighted individuals.
