Program Director for Ontario PLAR System

Take charge of the Centralized PLAR Platform Initiative at ONCAT in Toronto. This hybrid role offers a chance to shape equitable learning pathways through strong leadership and stakeholder engagement.

The Program Director will report to ONCAT’s President and CEO and will oversee the development of a province-wide digital PLAR system enhancing recognition of prior learning across Ontario’s colleges. Ideal candidates should have extensive experience in the academic sector, especially in PLAR initiatives, and be comfortable guiding multi-partner projects to completion while aligning with educational governance standards.
