PROGRAM ENGINEER – COMMERCIAL
Program Engineer is responsible for the Customer assigned program. Manage the customer relationship between customer design and engineering team and the PKC production plant(s).
Responsibilities
Responsible for leading the PKC plant through new project launches. Creating and maintaining timing plans and holding weekly meetings to review program status.
Daily communication with customer engineering team.
Must be able to read customer harness drawings to help resolve issues as they arise.
Launch Readiness APQP support (Components and EDS) - includes meeting support and tasks and actions required to ensure safe Pre-Production builds and Launch.
Manage the customer relationship with the objective of remaining a strong partnership.
Provide advanced information to manufacturing plants (advanced BOMS/prints/material specs).
Identify new components based on customer drawings, BOM´s, material specs.
