Program Manager, Accelerator

Access to Success Organization (ATS) is a Toronto-based not-for-profit on a mission to Enable Everyone. As a leading global innovation hub for accessibility startups, we help scale life‑changing innovations to reach people with disabilities worldwide.

We are hiring the next member of our leadership team, the Program Manager, to manage and grow our accelerator and partner programming. This is a highly self‑driven leadership role where your work will directly impact the growth of the organization.

You will lead program design, speaker recruitment and community management, and manage the day‑to‑day operations for one of the most unique accelerators in the country. Working closely with the Executive Director, you will have direct access to our global network of speakers, mentors, investors, and ecosystem leaders. You will be the face of the accelerator for our global community of accessibility entrepreneurs, and play a key role in their growth.
