**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
+ German Occupational Safety Specialist in accordance with ASiG (Sifa).
+ 2 years of experience in EHS management systems or experience managing EHS compliance with environmental programs (e.g., emissions, wastewater, etc.).
+ 2 years of experience in program or project management.
+ Ability to communicate in German fluently in order to communicate with local authorities.
