Resumen de PosiciónWill provide hands‐on leadership for transfer and developing new products for all areas of ITT leading a multidisciplinary team.Responsabilidades EsencialesLeads a team to transfer and/or launch new products to be manufactured at ITT NogalesParticipate in new product development with DFMA (Design for Manufacturing and Assembly) with inputs from issues or lessons learn from manufacturing process.Develops manufacturing plans for new productsCreates PAR (Capital Approval), leads its approval and keeps record of expenses for transfer projectsFollows and ensures APQP process is used for the launch of any product/processGenerates status reports, presentation for Sr.ManagementEvaluates and escalates risk as necessary to drive project closure on timeAssist Project Managers developing Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and detailed project schedulesTracks projects using Microsoft ProjectDevelops views and charts using ExcelPrepares reports, edits presentations, and performs d...
