Program Manager, Solutions Lab (Future of Work & Future of Care)

The Program Manager, Solutions Lab (Future of Work & Future of Care) is responsible for leading high-impact initiatives focused on reimagining the future workforce and advancing innovative AI first models of care within SE Health. This role operates in a cross-functional, enterprise-wide environment, driving innovation initiatives that strengthen workforce capacity, enhance employee experience, and enable new models of care delivery. The position emphasizes innovation in workforce design, AI enablement, new employee support models, and workplace transformation. The Manager leads complex projects that span multiple departments and external partners. While the role may have limited direct reports, it exercises significant influence through matrix leadership, stakeholder engagement, and internal/external partnership coordination.
