Program Manager, Vocational Services

Program Manager – Permanent Full Time – Location: Cape Breton or Halifax

Responsibilities

• Support the execution and operation of services for unemployed Nova Scotians.
• Meet with Senior Leadership as needed to discuss program standards, current practice, evaluation, and future development.
• Manage day‑to‑day program operations, including intake, service delivery, staffing, and reporting, to ensure timely and high‑quality outcomes for participants.
• Serve as the primary liaison with funders, maintaining strong working relationships, addressing concerns, and ensuring clear, consistent communication.
