This is a remote position. Description About the Role SPARK+ Academia is the training and upskilling vertical of SPARK+ Technologies. It runs skilling and upskilling programs for students and freshers using SOLO Network as the platform layer for learner engagement, skills visibility, credentials, and outcome tracking. We are looking for a Program Operations & Growth Associate to support the execution, growth, and stakeholder coordination of SPARK+ Academia programs. The role involves managing day-to-day program operations, increasing learner participation, coordinating with institutions and employer partners, supporting program presentations, and driving placement-linked outcomes.
