Program Supervisor – YMCA of Southern Alberta

Reports To: HFA Programs Manager. Pay Grid: Level 2 – $19/hr. Department: Health, Fitness, and Aquatics. Hours: Full time – 40 hrs/week.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to program staff on behalf of South Ridge and Downtown branches, advancing member satisfaction and growth in programming.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and member engagement across the facility, maintaining high service standards and satisfaction ratings.
• Monitor delivery of services and programs in all areas, respond to and prevent service issues and complaints, and circulate throughout the facility consistently.
• Identify and create opportunities to enhance each member’s YMCA experience and support the Program Manager in achieving annual youth membership growth, youth program growth, and retention targets.
