Programmer/Analyst 2

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in customer service related to computer sciences.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to effectively present facts and recommendations in oral and written form

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure while managing multiple tasks

• Solid problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with databases, knowledge/experience in SFDC, Java, SQL, postgresql, linux.





ACTIVITIES:

• Analyze, test, maintain and support manufacturing systems.

• Interface with other systems and users worldwide.

• Analyze and recommend changes for performance improvements.

• Follow documentation and configuration management policies and procedures.

• Help develop test cases and support documentation.
