Description
The Project Administrator (Rangeland Engineering) supports the planning, coordination, and execution of EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) tasks specifically related to Rangeland projects. The role ensures alignment across engineering, procurement, and construction teams, helps manage schedules, budgets, documentation, and fosters communication among stakeholders (internal, contractors, regulatory agencies, clients, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Coordination & Execution
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate tasks across engineering, procurement, construction, and field operations to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
- Track and monitor project progress, flag delays or bottlenecks, and suggest corrective actions.
