Project Analyst

Visionpool Business Services is hiring PROJECTANALYST who will be required primarily on-site in Regina for the duration of the engagement with consideration of occasional offsite work.

Key Responsibilities

• This role is specifically intended to supportan Enterprise Project Management Office implementation of a new project management solution and much of the engagement will be focused on acting as a subject matter expert within EPMO supporting business user testing, documentation, data conversion validation, etc. for the project.
• Project Coordinating: Schedule and coordinate meetings, manage calendars and arrange appointments. Preparing agendas and taking minutes. Monitor emails and communications on behalf of the Leads.
• Data Collection and Analysis: Coordinate with project teams and collect data to perform various tasks. Analyze project data and tasks and provide insights to optimize performance.
