Your tasks
Responsible for all purchased parts that apply to a customer project regarding costs, quality and deadlines.
Support special project sourcing strategies that are a part of new high-dollar, critical components with long-term, preferred suppliers.
Provides cost and quality wise favorable quotations for required materials out of the NAFTA market.
Perform cost and value analysis in cooperation with other departments, centers and product teams.
Investigation of potentials for substitution of material and alternate manufacturing processes.
