Project Coordinator

Shetler and Sargeant are a small, growing residential construction company based in the Napanee / Lennox & Addington area. The business is currently owner-operated, with both owners actively working on site while also managing project coordination, estimating, and day-to-day operations.

We’re looking to bring on a Project Coordinator (with potential to grow into a Project Manager role) to help manage the flow of multiple ongoing projects and take on the coordination responsibilities that are currently limiting our capacity. The goal of this role is to improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and allow ownership to stay focused on production and quality.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on coordination role focused on keeping projects organized, supplied, and moving forward. The successful candidate will work closely with ownership and support multiple active jobs at once.
