Overview
The Project Coordinator will support the Design Build Division by assisting Project Managers and site teams in the planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The Project Coordinator will act as a key link between office, design, and field operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with company standards.
Responsibilities
- Assist Project Managers in coordinating schedules, resources, equipment, and information for active projects.
- Support the preparation, review, and tracking of contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, RFIs, change orders, and shop drawings.
