Description

Reporting to the Project Manager, the Project Coordinator supports project planning and execution by coordinating schedules, documentation, site activities, and compliance needs. The role assists Project Managers and Superintendents with daily operations, tracks costs and progress, manages change orders and risks, and communicates with internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and regulators to ensure efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Project Manager with project data, analysis, and reporting
  • Assist with scheduling work crews and coordinating site previews, inspections, and utility locates
  • Manage inventory for materials, specialty tools, and equipment, including procurement, maintenance, and certification
  • Monitor equipment status, scan idle units, and review weekly utilization and idling reports to correct misallocations
