Project Development Manager - Mechanical/HVAC

Job Summary

Project Development Manager – Mechanical/HVAC is responsible for managing client relationships, identifying and developing new business opportunities, while assisting the operation team in ensuring successful delivery of Mechanical and HVAC projects. This role bridges technical expertise in both Mechanical and HVAC systems along with strong customer relationship management, ensuring clients receive effective Mechanical and HVAC solutions while driving revenue growth for the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned Mechanical-HVAC accounts, fostering long‑term client relationships and ensuring satisfaction
• Conduct regular client check‑ins, site visits, and performance reviews
• Identify opportunities to expand Mechanical & HVAC service offerings and develop tailored proposals, quotes and presentations
• Support contract negotiations, RFP responses, and bid submissions
