Lead strategic projects as Project Director, Balance of Plant, supporting the New Nuclear portfolio with oversight on budget, schedules, and resources in a hybrid work environment.
This senior role reports to the Project Director, New Build (DNNP) and encompasses leadership over project teams in the nuclear sector. Key responsibilities include developing execution plans, managing project deliverables, and ensuring adherence to safety regulations. Your leadership will help shape project performance and quality compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead all project team members for safety and quality
• Recruit and train project staff with necessary skills
• Develop project scopes in compliance with contracts
• Manage contracts, scope change, and supplier oversight
• Monitor project health through key performance indicators
Requirements:
