**Education**
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Industrial, Materials, Chemical, or Electronic Engineering, or a related field.
A master’s degree is desirable.
**Experience**
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a technical field and in positions of a similar nature, or 4 years of experience in the medical device industry.
**Advanced Experience:**
Demonstrated experience in complex business environments. Positions at this level require fully qualified professionals performing advanced‑level responsibilities.
**Expertise (Desirable)**
+ Administration or project management
+ Green Belt / Six Sigma / Lean Manufacturing
**Languages Required (Desirable)**
+ English – Advanced
**Computer Tools and Level of Knowledge Required**
+ Microsoft Office – Advanced
