Description
Job Scope:
- Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the event venue.
- Send reminders to participants via WhatsApp group.
- Promote attendance and follow up with absentees.
- Maintain cleanliness of the venue throughout the event.
- Basic IT knowledge
Details:
- Number of Hosts Needed: 7 physical hosts
- Start Date: By 2nd November
- Working Hours:10:30 AM – 1:30 PM
- Commitment: Must commit to 6 weekends (either Saturday or Sunday)
- Training Dates: 30th October or 1st November (Training will be provided)
- Location: Island-wide (Multiple venues)
