Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers and company leadership in executing multiple projects across fabrication, installation, and event environments. The ideal candidate will assist in managing project documentation, scheduling, cost tracking, and coordination between internal teams—including Operations, Warehousing, and Production.
