Job Description
The Project Management Office (PMO) Leader, leads the organizational structure that standardizes the project-related governance processes and facilitates the sharing of resources, methodologies, tools, and techniques. PMO Leader is the process owner of Project Management (PM) process of the plant.
Qualifications- Execute & deploy ME Project Management Strategy
- Apply ME PM Standards and shape BU specific PM
- Implement consequent Project Portfolio Management consistent with ME Strategy
- Ensure & track maintenance and quality of project data and success critical PM KPI’s.
- Ensure proper organization of Steering/ Review Committees of all Plant Projects and support with relevant PM data
- Coach and support Non-PEP / PEP Projects and PEP-Operations in Plant, to ensure the QGC fulfillment and enable the plant for sample production. (PEP: Product Development Process)
