Project Manager, Capital Projects

Fitzrovia is seeking a Project Manager, Capital Projects to join our team, with a primary focus on residential assets across the portfolio. This role is responsible for leading the planning, execution, and closeout of capital projects, ensuring delivery aligns with budget, schedule, quality standards, and operational needs.

The Project Manager will oversee projects from early planning through construction and turnover, working closely with internal teams including Design, Construction, Facilities Management, Property Management, and Asset Management, along with external consultants and contractors. This is a hands‑on role suited for someone who can operate in a fast‑paced environment, take ownership of projects end‑to‑end, and contribute to continuous improvement across our residential portfolio.
