DESCRIPTION
Ensure conveyor project is implemented without affecting production
Generating clear benefits (efficiency, safetyand cost reduction).
Follow up of the project scope and objectivessuch as type of conveyors will be installed (place/purpose)
Tracking the schedule and budget plan, establishingclear phases (design, manufacturing, installation, etc.)
Coordinate with internal departments and customer (production, engineering, maintenance, safety) to ensure integration and regulatory compliance.
