Context
Within the Fund Administration, the project manager will have to coordinate a specific project of the Financial Reporting business. The objective of the project is to reclaim the activity that had been delegated to a provider, to create a competency hub at a satellite site of the Group, and to transfer this activity there.
Missions
- Coordinate actions between Operations teams in Luxembourg, in Asia and all stakeholders.
- Be in charge of PMO activities (planning, governance, reporting, dashboard and progress reports, etc.).
- Collect and formalize user business and legal requirements.
- Maintain an up-to-date action log and provide up-to-date project status reports to various forums in both written and verbal form.
