Project Manager - Major Capital Projects

Main Functions: Responsible for leading a cross‑functional, integrated project team for heavy civil and mining projects (M$100-300) and driving competitive project performance in Stage 2 (FEL2). Duties will include planning and assembling project teams, leading the project through Gate reviews, managing contractors, and project stewardship.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Lead project by assembling and leading an integrated project team with accountability for project performance (Safety/Quality/Cost/Schedule)
• Set key Gate dates and develop plan to support project goals/timelines, including aligning with operational constraints
• Plan and ensure project deliverable reviews are completed on time and to the required quality
• Ensure stakeholder alignment on project objective and strategies (POS), concept selection, overall schedule and project cost and value delivery
