Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end construction projects, including mechanical (HVAC, plumbing) and electrical scopes
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, contractors, and clients
Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontractors
Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies
Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design specifications
Manage project financials, including forecasting, cost tracking, and reporting
Lead project meetings and provide regular updates to stakeholders
Support commissioning and handover processes
