This role is ideal for a driven leader with a strong background in heavy civil construction.Key Responsibilities• Work with estimators to develop project schedules, budgets, and tender pricing. • Manage all phases of municipal and highway road construction projects. • Support superintendents/foremen in meeting daily goals, timelines, and budgets. • Maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams. • Oversee procurement of materials and equipment. • Conduct site inspections to ensure progress, quality, and compliance. • Identify risks and im...
