• Manage operationally and functionally the projects assigned to.
• Manage OEM/OES projects (component, system with known technology components).
• Take responsibility for project KPI achievement in profitability, quality, and production preparation.
• Secure project resources and control them.
• Drive the associated P2 actors in case P2 is not completed in P1.
• Solve all project issues requiring support via project escalation.
• Check and validate project team activities and propose timing scenarios to achieve milestones.
• Conduct concept competitions to obtain customer orders, on a case-by-case basis.
• Define and manage budgets, including budget of projects that are part of the system.
