Project Governance & Strategic Leadership:
End-to-End Project Management: Lead the entire lifecycle of OEM/OES component and system development projects, from scope definition and production preparation to final launch.
Profitability & Quality Maximization: Take full accountability for achieving project KPIs, including product/development profitability, Development Activity Payback, Extended Margin, and quality targets.
