Project Manager - Yellowknife, NWT

Outcrop is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join our team in Yellowknife. As a key team member, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of products and services to our clients. This role requires serving as the key day-to-day agency representative, maintaining a highly responsive service orientation, and developing deep knowledge in both the client’s business and the agency’s operations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop accurate price estimates for agency work and vendor quotes, ensuring solutions are delivered on time and within budget.

Consult with Creative Services and Digital Marketing Managers to provide accurate price quotes while adhering to pricing guidelines and client budgets.

Develop scopes of work detailing tactical descriptions.

Complete billing reports and invoicing for assigned accounts.

Work with Account Managers to marshal agency resources to meet client needs.
