Project Planner/Scheduler (Intermediate to Senior Level)

Position Description

Currently, Tetranex is seeking a full-time Project Planner/Scheduler (Intermediate to Senior Level) to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project timelines with multi-discipline teams to achieve realistic and achievable deadlines.
• Understand activity relationships and sequencing across the full project lifecycle, including scope, constraints, and decision points reflecting a critical path and enabling meaningful float analysis.
• Integrate the entire project work scope into a master schedule, assign resources and generate resource loading reports for workload planning.
• Perform weekly progress updates in coordination with multi-disciplines teams.
• Develop and perform critical path and risk analysis as required.
• Apply knowledge of scope control and change management, including incorporating approved changes into the schedule baseline.
