Key tasks and responsibilities:
Change Management, collation, completion and agreement of applications for payment, managing sub-contractor accounts, collating information for project reporting, assisting administration of project budget Preparation and management of the project budget Management of subcontractors in line with their terms and conditions, including assessments of application of payments and all other reporting requirements Value and agree the cost of any variations, both to customers and from subcontractors Estimate build up costs for each element of the work, identify labour, material requirements and source and obtain quotations where applicable Understanding of and supporting the commercial and contract management of the airport projects Taking responsibility for the financial management of projects with support and guidance from the Commercial manager, to incl...
