Project Sales Manager
Location: Shellbrook, Saskatchewan
- Lead and develop the project sales function, ensuring exceptional service delivery and consistent execution across all customer touchpoints.
- Drive sales growth and profitability by developing and implementing strategic sales, pricing, and merchandising initiatives across product categories.
- Provide leadership and support to project sales activities across two locations (Shellbrook, and in support of Shell Lake), ensuring alignment, consistency, and operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Home Centre Team Leaders to optimize workflows, improve processes, and enhance overall sales performance.
- Oversee project lifecycle management, ensuring accurate quoting, timely order fulfillment, and successful completion of customer projects.
