Project Specialist

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an IT Project Specialist located in Guadalajara, North . Reporting to the Program Administrator, the role involves working on Project Management following the AIM methodology, presenting to executives, working with groups across the region, and managing a project management tool.

• Ensure the project management life cycle
• Present the different projects
• Execute presentation with executives to obtain approvals
• Coordinate resources from different teams (local, regional, or global)
• Coordinate efforts with Customer IT

• BA/BS or equivalent work experience
• Ability to present projects
• Ability to negotiate
• Strong and clear communication with the team
