**Responsibilities**:- Work with business partners and stakeholders to identify learning objectives based on target audience and create appropriate courseware.
- Design training curricula and materials, selecting the most effective training methodology to meet the desired objectives.
- Drive learning and development best practice improvement projects that assist the business in meeting operations and service targets.
- Streamline, consolidate and standardise learning and development processes where possible.
- Create instructor-led materials, web-based training and tools to provide complete training offering required for managers, checkers and other specialised roles.
- Introduce learning interventions that assist in retaining key talent and building a pipeline of talent.
