Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, both private and commercial, understanding needs and providing scope to meet client budgets.
• Schedule and conduct product meetings with potential customers.
• Provide detailed quotes and cost estimates in a timely manner.
• Offer day‑to‑day technical support for excavating projects.
• Supervise staff, enforce compliance with building and safety regulations, and maintain quality construction standards.
• Ensure crew and subcontractor coordination to meet schedules, budgets, forecasts and customer requirements.
