Role Description
This position provides procurement and project controls support for engineering projects.
Responsibilities
- Liaise with industry vendors.
- Work with engineers to develop bid packages.
- Coordinate bidding.
- Prepare bid evaluations.
- Issue purchase orders (POs).
- Manage equipment package fabrication.
- Coordinate inspections and expedite equipment deliveries.
- Develop schedules in MS Project.
- Perform weekly project engineering cost reports.
- Assist project managers with resource coordination, tracking efficiencies, and creating status reports.
- Track and report on project execution and deliverables.
- Track and report on company utilization and resource forecasting.
Candidate Profile

- Excellent communicator: well‑spoken, strong technical writing skills.
