Job Overview

Fidelity is seeking an Incentives Manager to accelerate customer growth for Investly, our digital investing app, through data‑driven incentive strategies. The role will design, optimise, and scale incentive programs, owning a multi‑quarter roadmap and delivering measurable business impact across the Investly ecosystem. It is a hybrid position, starting at 483 Bay Street in Toronto until late 2026, then moving to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.

Responsibilities

• Develop, own, and evolve a multi‑quarter incentive strategy aligned with Investly’s growth priorities.
• Prioritise initiatives that measurably increase funded investors, customer lifetime value, and market share.
• Support leadership in long‑term planning and expansion opportunities.
