What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)
- Managing and overseeing the onboarding of a large residential portfolio
- Acting as the main point of contact for the landlord and tenants
- Keeping the client fully informed throughout the onboarding process
- Liaising with senior management regarding progress and performance
- Managing the portfolio on an ongoing basis once onboarding is complete
- Arranging and agreeing maintenance works with landlords and contractors
- Carrying out regular property inspections
- Ensuring all legal certificates are in place and valid
- Identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost efficiencies
