Job Summary

Trinity Consultants Canada, a leading environmental consultancy, is looking for a dedicated and diligent Proposal and Marketing Specialist to join our Water & Ecology team. The role will support business development and marketing activities in a hybrid setting based in any Canadian office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the preparation and submission of high‑quality proposals, tenders, and expressions of interest.
• Support the internal proposal team by scheduling and attending meetings, recording action items, and tracking milestones.
• Maintain client and opportunity details in CRM systems, ensuring accuracy and accountability.
• Assist in tracking and supporting business development initiatives and scanning specified websites to identify new opportunities.
